Frequently asked questions
Does the count include the start and end date?
By default it counts the days from the start date up to the end date, like most date tools (Jan 1 to Jan 2 = 1 day). Tick 'Include end date' to count both days (useful for trips or contract periods).
Are holidays excluded from business days?
No. Business days here are Monday through Friday. Subtract any public holidays in the period yourself, for example the 11 U.S. federal holidays per year.
How are months counted?
Full calendar months from the start date, then the remaining days. Jan 15 to Mar 20 is 2 months and 5 days. When the start day does not exist in the end month, the month ends on its last day: Jan 31 to Feb 28 is 1 month.
